A one off consultation and plan costs £35.

If you pay monthly then you get 2 consultations and 2 plans a month for £50 and you can cancel anytime.

You brief us on your exact requirements using our online form. Your dedicated account manager will search our database to find you the right match based on your answers.

All our nutritionists are registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) - the only register recognised by Public Health England and the NHS. This way, no matter what, your nutritionist is guaranteed to have been accredited to the highest standards with a minimum 3 year nutrition degree from a qualifying university. Two common titles you will come across amongst our nutritionists is ANutr and RNutr. A Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) has typically graduated from a BSc (Hons) or MSc in nutritional science within the last 3 years. A Registered Nutritionist will have demonstrable nutrition science knowledge and understanding at a minimum of honours degree level plus (typically) at least 3 years experience (gained within the last 5 years) of evidence-based application of nutrition science in professional practice.

All consultations are 30mins long. All consultations are carried out as a video call. Your consultation will be a one-on-one conversation with your nutritionist which they will lead but make sure you prepare any questions you want to ask them and come ready to discuss your barriers and goals.

Our concierge team will use the answers you provided to find you the right nutritionist for you. They will email you their recommendation within 48hrs of you submitting your answers and this email will contain a link to schedule your first consultation.

Once you have been assigned a nutritionist you need to schedule your consultations every 2 weeks. Instructions and the link to do so are contained at the end of your nutrition plan.

You will receive your plan within 2 working days of the corresponding consultation. You will receive an updated plan after every consultation.

If you have a voucher code, you can enter this at checkout to redeem your discount. When you get to the checkout page you will see the option to “enter coupon”, simply click here and type in your voucher code.

You will receive a calendar invite to your consultation as well as email confirmation. You will also receive an email reminder ahead of your consultation and by accepting the calendar invite, you will also receive a reminder just before your consultation.

From the website homepage, navigate to the menu on the top right of the page and select login. From there login to your account using the details you provided when signing up for your subscription. Within the My Account section you can manage your subscription and payment methods.

When you booked you will have received an email containing your Odhealth welcome pack. Within your welcome pack are instructions and the link to download your food diary. You can also download your food diary here.

Our availability runs 6am-11pm.  You’re guaranteed an appointment within 5 days of booking.

Choose 'login' from the main menu, and log in with the details you created upon starting your subscription. From there you can cancel your account. Alternatively drop us an email at info@odhealth.com and we will sort it for you.
